What are our delivery costs? £3.99 signed delivery with the Post Office.
Do we deliver outside the UK? We will happily deliver anywhere. If your country is not listed in the delivery options in your basket then please email us for further information via the contact form on this website.
Delivery Our nursing tops in stock will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
Where are our products made? Our breastfeeding tops are currently made in the UK and our next stock will be made in Portugal.
What are we doing to make our business as environmentally friendly as possible? We are on a very steep learning curve here so we are making changes all the time. One of our breastfeeding tops is 100% organic cotton and we hope to move fully across to 100% organics with our next products. We also pay that little extra to receive all our products in biodegradable plastic bags and we send them out to customers in paper mailing bags.
What is our refund/exchange policy? We offer a 14 day returns period from the date you received your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/exchange if you contact us after this period. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
How do I get a refund or exchange? Please send a quick message to us before posting. Either via our facebook page Peekaboobie or by email on our contact form. We will then give you all the details you need.
Faulty items. If you feel your item is faulty please email us using the contact form on this website to let us know. We may ask for some photographs before you return your item so we can expedite the process.
Why do we only do sizes 10 - 16? We hope to increase our size range as we move forward. We are only a small startup company and it wasn't economically viable to have a larger size range straight away.
